Okay, I have a little crush on this guy who is in one of my classes. I'm very shy, and were not friends. And the only "moment" I guess, was when he was handing out papers and stopped at my desk for a long time 'trying' to get the paper. He was like "It's hard, because they get stuck" >.<
Hehe, anyway, I wanted to know if there were little ways (not slutty) of getting his attention, or possibly (even though i doubt it because im too shy) flirting? Please and Thank you!

The key is to start to be friends with him. Ask him what subjects he likes, where he lives, if he has siblings, what ages, what do his parents do, try to find some similarities like "oh my sister is the same age as yours. I wonder if they know each other?" that type of things. The next time you see him ask some follow up questions. "Did your mom find a job?" "how did that test you were worried about go?" Maybe you can find something you're both going to be doing anyhow and do it together. If he's doing yard work on the weekend maybe you can come over and help then go somewhere afterward for a drink or something to eat. then you can ask him if he wants to go bowling or something.
