Tricky because I have a sony mylo 2 and I like it.
Its wifi, has a 1.3mp camera for video and photos, memory duo slot so it works with my vaio psp mylo and cybershot, surfs the web with flash lite browser so flash is supported (some flash 9 doesn't work myspace player, minor issues), you can download videos to the web in mp4 format (so I would like to see if I can do it when I get my webbie hd)
As for Nokia it also has some opposite good parts.
It has an opera browser and supports flash 9, has a vga camera which is below the mylo, supports gps (I think you need a kit for that). Its more money then the mylo.
Could you tell me what you plan to do with the device so I can better assist you.

My friend had a MyLo and it played videos and the shape is kind of that of a PSP.
He RickRolled me and a few other people with it.
Can't say much about Nokia N800, never heard of it.
