How to give bangs that razory look?

You need to wait until your bangs grow a bit longer. Also, the second one is more of a side bang, what you're looking for is a longer bang sort of swept to the side. You should wait until your bangs grow longer, print that first picture out an bring it to your stylist and tell them that that is what you want. Also, the first one looks to me as though the bangs are cut thicker, and the other one looks like the bangs are thinner. As well the first bangs are more piece-y and unevenly cut, and the other one is strait cut, not jagged like the look you're most likely going for.

P.S. The way you want your hair is great, I can understand if you want that instead of what you actually got. Not that it's bad or anything.

Also, if you still want a little more definition you could try (at home, because it's pretty easy and why waste the money) holding sections of the bangs between your fingers...about 1/2 an inch from the ends...and cut into the bangs with the scissors pointing straight up instead of across....it's very subtle at first so it leaves room to stop or cut more...whatever the preference :)

Just show your hairstylist the photo! Print it out and just say " I want my bangs like this."

i know how u feel! i would suggest bringing the pic of what u want 2 ur stylist so she'll know exactly what u want.
