So many ppl spill their guts, stand up, fight, and so on using the internet. Why is it that you feel the internet makes us talk so freely?

it's easy to talk to a screen and push buttons.. and we all need an outlet..there is no direct human contact.. plus we are in our comfort zone here at the desk or wherever we are.. we feel safe.. but we are still exposed in various ways.

Because the fear of embarrassment is gone, when a person in real life says something, everyone knows who said it. That person will be judged and everyone will know remember that for as long as they know that person. On the internet, people can speak their minds without that fear of being judged for what they say by people for the rest of your life, and being embarrassed. The reason is, your Identity is a secret. The number one fear is public speaking because people are afraid of messing up and being embarrassed, if nobody knew who was speaking there would be no embarrassment. I mean seriously what are the odds that i will ever meet you and you will know i wrote this.

I do. Lol. I think its coz you don't actually know the people you are talking too, and they don't know you... Maybe?
