Any really good chili dog sauce recipes...?
We have a great place here called G & L Chili Dogs and their sauce is great. No beans in it. Just finely ground beef and seasonings. I heard there is cinnamon in it.
Anyhow, any good recipes out there? Thanks!

Brown some ground beef, drain the fat off and add 1 half chopped onion, some chopped green pepper, and let that continure to cook until the pepper and onion are tender, add a can of diced tomatoes. Let the juice cook off. Add about 1teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Add a few sprinkles of onion and garlic powder to round off the taste you are ready to load up your dog. I have another recipe with beans if you want it.
