Can you read and write and speak Arabic?
I'm learning Arabic and Insha'Allah I'll take some Arabic classes in the summer.
I'm Somalian and my dad and aunt speak Arabic and Somali.
Yes I can READ Arabic, and I so know some words, and I can write it if you give me a word. But I wouldn't know what it means, haha.

I speak Arabic fluently as it is my mother tongue. I can read and write and alhamduliallah I can understand it perfectly. I think that you have a privilege too as you are Somali because I have a few Somalian friends and when they try to speak Arabic I notice that their accent is really good and not to mention that's some words are the same for example when you say grapes and apples!
Wish you all the best in learning Arabic it isn't that hard after all!!!
hope this helps!
Bless:)

Well that's interesting that you can read it and write it but don't know what it means. Now you just have to put meaning to all the stuff you already know lol. I'm pretty good at Arabic. I've been studying for about 2 years now. أتمنى لك حظ سعيد!!!!!
