In Greek it is very easy to congratulate for birthdays, name-days, New Year, Christmas or/and any occasion.
Phrase ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΠΟΛΛΑ ( χρόνια πολλά ) means 'many years' and is used for every occasion
For a name-day you can use the whole phrase:
Xρονια πολλά για την ονομαστική σου γιορτή ( many happy years for your name-day )
