ok i have another song stuck in my head that is bugging me. can you help?

ok this is a older country song. it is about a woman who's tire busts and a guy pulls over and changes her tire for her. he doesn't want payment but tells her to give it to someone who needs it. later she is at a diner and notices her waitress is very pregnant so she leaves a hundred on the table for payment and tip. she writes on a napkin the same thing the guy (who's name is joe) told her. then the waitress goes home and goes to bed and whispers in her husband's ear "i love you joe". if you could give me the name of the song or the singer or both that would be great. i know you people on here will know it if anyone does. thanks in advance.
