I have an LG Rumour and i was wondering how to check how many minutes you've used on your cell phone, FROM your phone or from a website or something

Yes, you have to pay for airtime used when checking your voicemail. Calling from your home phone does not use any minutes because you are not using your cell phone.

Did you steal the phone? It depends on the carrier which buttons you press to check the minutes.

I have Verizon, so if you have Verizon you can call:
#MIN (it should be in your Contact list)
Otherwise, I'm sure you can check online.
