b2600 will not start.Any quality suggestions?

I changed the cap,rotor,plugs,starter,and battery.

    Have you confirmed fuel getting to the cylinders?

    Have you confirmed the plugs are sparking?

    Have you confirmed the firing order is correct after the cap+rotor switch?

    Crank it over, pull a plug and inspect. Dry, no gas, wet no spark.

    I'd start with that, the basics really.
