Give paypal your checking account number and schedule a funds transfer. They also have a debit card that you can order from the website. They used to also issue checks on request, but I'm not sure if they still offer that.
EDIT: Yes a savings account will work. I had to check my PayPal account real quick. They also still do "Request A Check" too.

You need to verify your account by adding a bank account to it. Then you can transfer funds to your account and it takes 2 to 3 business days. After you have been a member in good standing for 60 days, you can apply for their Paypal debit card and get your money directly out of an ATM or spend it by using the debit card as you would any other. I have the debit card and it is great!
Source(s): To add a bank account, you need to go to your profile info and click Bank Accounts or something similar and then Add Bank Account. Put in your checking or savings account number, the bank routing number and the name of the bank. In a couple days, Paypal will make 2 tiny deposits to your account. Check your account and then log in to Paypal and find where you adding the account and click Verify. Enter the 2 small deposit amounts and you are done. Then click Withdraw at the top, put in the amount you want to transfer to the bank, follow the instructions and you are all set. Yes, a savings account will be fine. That's what I have and have been using it for 8 years. - Anonymous1 decade ago
