I'm going to go ahead and assume that Guitar Hero II is above III. Otherwise, you completely failed to acknowledge what the game did for the series and "music" genre in general. Guitar Hero III is really just a re-hash version of II, and didn't have that highly eclectic setlist. Not to mention it was coupled with inexplicably difficult guitar rhythms that didn't mesh with the song in the manner that was in the second installment. III also was completely one-upped by Rock Band, which in its own right deserves kudos for the conception of the "party" genre. Mario Kart Wii? Are you kidding me? Did you play the original? Are you aware of the rubber-band AI? Although online is very entertaining albeit cheap at times, there is the least amount of skill in this installment that doesn't even come close to the veteran tricks and tactics used in the earlier versions. I'm questioning how old you are after seeing the "kiddy" version rated so high. NFL Blitz--yes. Game has more replay value than a Dutch whore. Advance Wars, another title that is greatly exalted from those who have played it. Halo 2? C'mon dude.... just because it's a sequel doesn't make it better. The original is still the best Halo, and probably will always be.

The list is pretty close. I agree with most of the games being on the list but not neccisarily the order.
