technically suicide since it's the same body. but maybe perceived as murder.

i think it would be a little bit of both. if there are two seperate personalities of you, and you are more fond of the other, and you kill the other part of yourself, you are essentially "murdering" that personality, which could be percieved as another person. however, since you are also killing part of yourself, it is suicide.

Well you could metaphorically kill them, in your mind. Then it would only be murder.

in a way i guess its both. it would be murder for him and suicide for you. sadly this is a lose lose situation. :(
