Should I choose to live in Oklahoma after I complete JobCorps?

My boyfriend asked me why do I want to live in Oklahoma knowing I don't want to move back to my home state which is in Texas. Should I go on Job-Search in Oklahoma or move to Pampa where my boyfriend lives?
