My favourite is the royal python. They're so beautiful and make lovely pets. Mine is sitting next to me as I type this!

I like all of the 21 species of crocodile...alligators. They are bit ferocious and great hunters. I'd love to say that they are today's dinosaurs. They have been on this planet for 220 million years and have evolved into the creatures they are today...but are in times of great turmoil which also effects their life because man is the number one animal on earth and destorys things as he chooses.

The Ball Python is my favorite. It's a beautiful snake, and it stays small enough to be easy to care for over time.

WOW so many I love to narrow it down. I really like Death Adders (Snake in Elapidae family) What exact species of Death Adder would most likely be Acanthophis antarcticus.

My favorite reptile is probably the spitting cobra.

As a pet, I think the bearded dragon is great.
