Can I exchange laptops under contract?

I got a new laptop in August from Dell's website, but I think the screen size is too big. Since I am still under contract, could I exchange it for a smaller screen size?

Right answer. No. Customer care will take your call and they will tell you that already passed the first 21 days that is the time that they give you to try out the laptop and see if you want it or not. The best you can do is sell it and buy a new one.

I think you're a little out of your return/exchange Window. If you bought it last month, you probably could, but it's been well over 5 months since you purchased your laptop.
