Playstation 3 blu ray?

I was wondering, if I play a Blu-Ray movie, will they take some GB out? Also if it does, how many?

Just started watching Blu-Ray's on my PS3.

Update:

Weird, some people told me to get 160GB if I wanted to watch Blu-Ray lol.

    I can't get the question. If your asking the Blu-ray will consume place on the PS3 hard drive, then the ans is no. In fact there will be no GB lose anywhere. Hope that answers the question.

    no you dont lose any. i ahve a 40gb and 80gb and no memory is being taken
