Will Robinho move to Chesea?

I heard that Chelsea is going to buy Robinho but Scolari has on 12 million pounds to spend. Is that true?

    Scolari has 15 million pounds. And he may involve Drogba in the deal in order to get Robinho.

    I think it would be a great deal. At this point, Drogba is a shadow of his former self and clearly unsettled.
