Pregnant first lady???

Just because the President was older doesn't mean his wife was! Lol

She was a LOT younger than her husband (27 years!!!) and a bride in the White House. She actually had her first child after her husband left the white house...but had 2 more children after he was re-elected.

I dont know of a white house birth, but I am searching my memory and It's not the greatest! I loved history and as far as I know, I dont remember of any white house births.

There might have been with some of the first few first ladies back when they had huge families but I don't think there have been any recent pregnancies.

JFK and Jackie had a baby boy and he died shortly after birth while JFK was in office. I don't know about any others, but I would guess at least a couple of times there have been...
