If someone is making 11 dollars/hr, would they be eligible for reimbursment of some of thier taxes that they paid??

How does one go about doing this in the state of illinois?

    No. What you do is file your tax returns. If you've overpaid income tax through withholding, the overage will be refunded to you.

    it depends. if you too much tax was taken out of your paychecks throughout the year, then you will get a refund. but on the other hand, if not enough was taken out you may have to pay additional taxes. consult a tax preparer, like Jackson Hewitt or H&R Block.
