American TV shows in Egypt?

I am disappointed in the racist and ignorant answers I have received thus far. As I have just moved here, I am not familiar with the satellite company, my husband took care of that. As he works very hard he is rarely home. I do not know many people here yet. I am NOT illerate or poor, I only needed help. I can see by the answers here than you people that have answered so far are rude and in one case, stupid. Of course there is TV here, lots of it. I have found many American movies, but I am looking for specific shows. I know there are some here, but as I said, I am new here. If I knew the satellite company, I would contact them. As I do not, I was hoping that someone was knowledgable and might want to actually help me, not put me down or this country. From here on, Please! Only serious answers for someone who needs a little friendly help.
