O Pagemaker não importa texto do Eord alegando Código Ansi - que fazer ?

Tento tranferir o texto do Word ( Office 3000) para o Pagemaker mas uma mensagem diz assim: impossivel colar área de transferencia - tente colar em outro formato, mas como posso fazer isso? e diz ainda: conjunto de caracteres não reconhecido - filtro de importação RTF . V2.5 - conjunto de caracteres não reconhecido - usado Ansi... pode me ajudar, por favor?
