For the whole opera, you could look for the soundtrack to the dvd version that was made in 1985.
This link is for the dvd, but maybe there is another link for a cd version.
It is actually quite good, soprano Julia Migenes-Johnson plays Carmen, Placido Domingo as Don Jose and Ruggero Raimondi as Escamillio.
I have a Maria Callas compilation CD and this has her singing several songs from Carmen. (L'amour est un oiseau rebelle, Seguidilla, Les Tringles des sistres)
here's a link if you want to buy that cd.

I think that maria callas actually did the whole opera of carmen, so maybe look up recordings by maria callas of full operas. Maybe it will come up?
The opera is in french so all the track listings would be in french.
For "march of the toreadors" search Chanson du Toreador. (This is it's most common name.
Also you spelt Habanera wrong. Search Habanera and things will come up. The actual title of this song is "l'amour est un oiseau rebelle" which translated to English means Love is a rebellious bird.
(It is sometimes called "l'amour est enfant de boheme," or love is a bohemian/gypsy child.)
Hope that helps!

Carmen has been recorded in many different forms. Which would you like?
The complete opera, in a multiple-CD set
The most popular numbers from the opera, sung, on one CD
The most popular melodies, but played by an orchestra -- no singing
That might help narrow it down.

Georges Bizet was French, he wrote the Opera in French, I don't think anyone has made or will make a serious recording in English.
Here is a reasonable YouTube of Habanera in English ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcHJzzxiLIg
... all said, I don't think I'd sit through a translation.
