I am about to purchase a new computer but I am confused as to what this spec means. What does 2 GB X2 mean?

    It has four gigabytes of RAM, supplied by two dual-channel two gigabyte sticks. This is the ideal configuration for today's high-performance computers, and is a good thing to see.

    means two giga bytes times two, I'm assuming you're looking at the RAM. so probably 4 gigabytes in total.

    You have a total of 4Gb of ram. Two sticks of 2Gb each.

    that means you have 4GB RAM

    that's rather big and will be enough for any personial pc.

    but i would like to reminder you that please pay attention to the frequence of the RAM.Cuz the RAM would be better with both high capacity and high work frequence.
