Chocolate cake recipe?

It starts with a boxed cake mix, then on top of the wet mix you sprinkle chocolate chips and some kind of nuts and I can't remember what else. In the end, it makes little holes in the cake. It did not have cream cheese. Any ideas?

I don't know the cake you are speaking off, but I do have a recipe for a chocolate dump cake that is awesome and my son's favorite.

5 ounce package of non-instant chocolate pudding mix

    2 1/3 cups milk

1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix

    2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

In a saucepan, blend together the chocolate pudding and milk. Turn heat to low and stir warm until thick.

Remove from heat. Blend in cake mix until fully incorporated.

Lightly grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Pour cake batter into th baking dish and sprinkle the chocolate chips across the top of the cake.

    Bake at 350 degrees F(175 degrees C) for 40 to 45 minutes.

    When cool, serve.
