This would be a great fight. Both have good power and hard chins. I think O'Grady was a little quicker with getting off his punches. This would be a fight where both men may hit the canvas but get back to their feet. I see O'Grady winning the early rounds and sending Ramirez to the canvas in the 4th round and Ramirez roaring back to even up the fight back the 10th round knocking down O'Grady with a flash knockdown in the 7th round. I'm assuming you are referring to a 15 round fight, so I say O'Grady wins the final round on all three judges scorecards and takes the split decision in a great fight.

If O'Grady took his job more seriously and didn't party so much, he would have whipped Ramirez' azz!
Source(s): I partied with him a couple of times back in the day. We had a mutual friend. I saw Sean a couple of years ago, and he looks pretty good now. - mauriceLv 71 decade ago
ramirez takes it by 6th round stoppage, but if the so-called waa title was on the line , ramirez would probably get stripped, as punishment for beating the president (of the waa)'s son.
