My cosuin is in that same condition. She's 15 and an A cup. She hates her breast, but to tell you the truth if you gain weight, u can get big boobs. But remember, your breast are still gonna grow. They fully develop when your 17-19. Thats what I tell my cousin. Hope I helped!

Get a bigger bra and stuff it. That's what I do. :D All of the guys seem to love it!!

push up bra. or eat more. get fat. also if you work out a lot it makes your muscles bigger behind your boobs so sometimes that can make them bigger.
