I am depressed all the time, I don't know what to do?

if someone could just tell me some things that could help me

    You could put on a song called...

    I Love a Computer by YACHT

    And you can just look back at some of the happiest and sillyest moments that you have had with some friends.

    (like...when I was in a sad time...I looked back at the time me and my two best friends ate food coloring. O.O)

    Just do things to make yourself get into a better mood. Put on an upbeat song.

    Just do something. YOU KNOW would make you feel better. :)

    only you can find an answer to this question. ask yourself this "am I happy?" and if your answer is "no" then think what would make you happy; think of the things that you can change in your life. I mean, there has to be a reason why you're so depressed - relationship problems, school/work problems, etc... Just give yourself some time, do the things that you enjoy doing, things that make YOU happy. Keep a positive outlook. Things won't change overnight, but once you put some thought to it, I am sure that you will come to the right conclusion, and feel better about yourself.

    Recently I saw a video about a mouse in a pool with no way out. The mouse would swim around for a while, until it gave up and stopped swimming.

    Perhaps you've tried something though it just isn't working, You have to find a way to make it work.

    Or you could try and associate something you enjoy in your present day life some how, like find a song you like and when you feel down play that song on something.

    Or maybe I'm not entrily correct and you should probably go see a doctor cause it may be serious.

    What went wrong?

    Were you teased in the past, did the perfect relationship not work out, did your dog die and that started the downward spiral which never seems to end? is it fear of success or failure?

    More importantly, do you find yourself disinterested in everything [i.e. jaded], or do you just feel it's impossible to get what you want?

    Are you lonely? are you in a relationship and still feel lonely?

    Look around at happy people that you know/envy (if you do), and try and figure out what it is your lacking, what creates this empty space inside you. Make a list of things you want, then find out how to get them! (hint: if someone in this world has it, so can you! just emulate them/do what they did! = )

    Anything is possible if you believe it is!

    Try to consciously realize you are in control of everything that happens in your life. It sounds cliche, and it sounds ridiculous, but think about it!
