Is there a way to lock out my keyboard?

My 14 mo old son has a habit of hitting random keys,I'd like to be able to lock it off and on simply and quickly..

What I would do (this isn't perfect) is press the WINDOWS key and the L key. This causes the log in menu to appear. Provided you've got a password, your toddler won't be able to do much damage. Unless he somehow knows how to hit CTRL ALT DEL twice in a row.

Windows key (one with the flag) + L will lock the keyboard. You then press Ctrl-Alt-Del and enter your password to unlock.

We use it at work all the time at work for security.
