Do I need to take the SAT's to go to an american college?

I am from Canada and looking at going to an American university, but it says that I need to send in my SAT scores with my application. Since we don't take the SAT's in Canada, do I still have to take them to get into this American university? I'm planning on applying to the college of arts and being an art major.

There are a handful of colleges that don't require it (Bates College in Maine is a famous one), but almost every one will require SAT or ACT scores.

Yes -- most of the better US universities require the SAT. Some schools do not require them. You can look at their Admissions web pages to see if they need it.

You can take the SAT in Canada. See the following link to find test centers.

No. distinctly using fact I unquestionably have already sped maximum attempt and time helping individuals who prefer to attack the U. S. to get into the rustic and plan operations. it must be a conflict of interest for me to alter right into a member of the U. S. military.

Call the school and ask. There are usually different criteria for international students (which you are).
