No , not true ,
but you can apply for a permiennt residance in Bahrain , if you got your appartment in a selected expensive places , (90000-120000 BD) for the appartment.

certain areas are allocated where we can buy house. No bahrain will be issued. You could be your own sponsor. There are requirements which needs to be fulfilled.

No you wont get a Bahraini nationality by buying the house. you would just get Bahraini residency so that you can stay as long as you own the house.
