Trolls are not people who report others, they are people who post insulting and inflammatory questions for the purpose of causing debates or arguments.

Trolls are people who cause trouble on the internet

as well as in here.

They lure people in here to answer their questions

because they can get your account suspended

and say the user disobeyed the community guidelines

and terms of service

Trolls are people doing inflammatory messages

Yahoo Answers say don't answer questions like

Trolls are sad fookers that keep reporting Q&A. A lot of people have left yahoo because of them.

Lol, I think it refers to the people who submit fake questions to get a reaction out of people. They also answer questions in a mean way. Thats what I have also thought it meant.

Trolls are people that deliberately try to annoy/offend people, posting Q's like "Do black people make better slaves than presidents?" Best if you ignore them really.
