    Look at the Sony A200 as well.

    Either one is a good choice.

    You might want to look at theE420 or the E510 or the E520. I have a 510, but I wish I had purchased a E410, they are a bit smaller. See ifyou can get the kit with two zoom lenses. Those two lenses will be what you need 98% of the time.

    Honestly, neither.

    Much better choices are the Canon Rebel Xs or Xsi

    or the Nikon D60.

    Seriously, Olympus has never managed to create a really great camera. Even their best cameras don't fare well when compared to Canon or Nikon. Buy the best and you will never regret it.

    E500 is better choice but I would suggest E520 the newest model.

    check out this samsung DSLR. I have a Samsung S730 and does very good night shots compared to my canon, sony, panasonic, and kodak.
