Why is oil continuing to drop price per barrel but keeps going up at the pumps?

    The oil companies set the prices at whatever price they wish regardless if the oil drops or rises. They are greedy, and trying to make a profit knowing everyone needs gas no matter what price they set it at.

    there are other costs in the supply chain, and some of those are going up.
