Laws of Utah 2002 Help?

Okay I cant find this anywhere. Im looking for the laws of Utah. For the year 2002. Here is a copy of 2003 general session where they changed the laws of 2002. But I cant find the 2002 anywhere.

I know I get get it if I go to the library but is anybody smarter then me that can find the Laws of Utah 2002.

    "Laws of Utah" is the congressional record for the state of Utah. To my knowledge the only way to get a hold of one of the volumes in that years series is to go to one of the law libraries (BYU or the U)

    However, you could call either library and tell them what you are looking for and they could be really nice and scan the pages you need and email them to you or direct you to a place you could find them more conveniently.
