Downloading Music On Legitimate Web-site's?

Any legitimate web-site's to download music. Is Napster good? Any free sites? I would like one with a phone number being you can get in touch. i Had Win Mx years ago and it was free but they shut down. Anybody have good suggestion's? Thanks!

    Napster music are copy-protected. You need to remove the protection.
