Probably 2/13/2009. Wait. It's best to file only once and avoid amending.

How can the 2007 form be the single to apply for 2008 whilst it does not incorporate data from 2008? The 1040-X from November of 2007 has a niche on line 30 the place it tells you to multiply your exemptions circumstances a definite greenback quantity reckoning on which year you're amending, and the only years it supplies greenback quantities for are 2004-2007. So how do you be attentive to the quantity for 2008? without this quantity, you won't be in a position to end the type. So i don't think of you should use this version from November of 2007 to report an amended 2008 return. There are additionally charts on the proper internet site of the instructions which ask you which of them year you're amending, and reckoning on that, the instructions are diverse. returned, the only years that have instructions are 2003-2007. No 2008. So how are you able to fill this out???

If it is going to hold up your refund then go ahead and file, and do an amendment when it is available. I thought I saw today the form would be available on 1-29, but don't hold me to this. Keep in mind the refund cycle of the IRS. This could help you decide when to file the return. By filing and having your return accepted by 11am on Thursdays then your refund could be Direct Deposited by the following Friday.

E-mail my on Thursday and I will let you know if it is available. I will be following up on this that morning.
