No, it is a scam. If your computer is slow then it may be from other spyware/malware on it already. Putting more spyware on your pc will not help it go faster. Use Spybot or AdAware which are both free downloads from www.download.com and clean your pc up the safe way. Or it could just be that you have an old system and need to upgrade some hardware.
