Vegetarian options for superbowl?

Looking for some yummy easy options to bring to a superbowl party that would be good for all. Something more than guacamole etc.

Eggs and Dairy products are fine. Cheese is too good to leave out. :)

Update:

I generally always make the mexican 5 or 7 layer dip and hummus, looking for something else. And not carrot sticks or chips etc. Anyone else?? :)

I make a veggie no bake pizza. You get a pre-made pizza crust and spread a whipped veggie cream cheese over the top of it (if whipped is not available, add milk to thin it a bit and whip yourself). Then top with your favorite veggies. I try to do a mix of colors and tastes that work together. I use cucumber, tomato, yellow pepper, scallions, brocolli, basil. Then just cut into small bit size pieces. You can refrigerate for a bit and then serve when ready. Its very simple and because its cold its great for parties that it might sit out for a few hours.

How about a "7 layer" dip? Depending on how many people you have over you can use a small 8x8 pan or a larger 9x13 pan. The amount of ingredients depends on the size of pan but you want to make sure you have enough of each to make a layer. This is how I layer mine but you could mix it up any way you want as long as your base is the beans. Oh and the Scoop-able chips work well. Enjoy! It goes very quickly!

    Refried beans

    Veggie Crumble (fake ground beef)

    Guacamole

    Salsa

    Sour Cream

    Sliced thin green onions

    Shredded cheese

    Black olives

I know it is more than 7 layers but you can pick and choose what you'd like to use. We don't usually use veggie meat just because it is much easier to just throw the dish together without it.

pigs in a blanket with veggie dogs are really good.

make a 5 layer mexican dip, everyone loves this and they don't know it's vegetarian:

spread a bar of cream cheese on the bottom of a pan (I use a large round one, or you can use 9x11), next add a layer of vegetarian refried beans, then add a layer of morningstar veggie crumbles, then a jar of salsa, top with 2 cups monterey jack and cheddar, you can put some green chiles on top if you like.

bake 350 oven for 30 minutes. serve with tostitoes

Meatless Meatball Sandwiches! Put the meatballs w/sauce in a crockpot and pick up some bakery rolls.

I recommend the Nate's zesty italian brand and not the traders joes brand.
