Closest thing I've come to death:

1) I've been in two pretty bad car wrecks and was able to walk away from both.

2) Shot at in a drive-by. Luckily they missed me and my friend (shot up my friend's car though... bastards...).

A little scared will go away in time. Be very thankful that no one was hurt by the drunk driver.

I'm glad you and yours are Ok and hope that the driver won't be back on the road anytime soon.

Those are times when you just have to be thankful that it wasn't worse. Guess the guardian angel didn't take the night off! :)

Just be glad that everybody is OK & at worst you'll be out some money if the guy is poor and uninsured.

That would have left me without words, too. Thankfully your front porch is well built. Glad everyone is okay.

Closest I came was a doctor told me I had cancer...... he then realized that he was in the wrong room. Took 5 minutes before I took a breathe.

Sorry to hear about that Solitaire. As you said the good thing is that you and your girls are ok. And nothing was damaged beyond replacement or repair... Good luck with everything, and sue the pants off of that drunk driver he deserves it...

Wow. I am happy to hear you all are fine. I have three little girls at my home and I would be sick if that happened. I will keep you all in my thought. Send Drunk dude my way and I will beat him down for ya if you want.

i was left without words right as im reading this. I hope you are ok hon. Things could have been worse, but i am so greatful you are ok.

well I am happy you and your family are ok. I had a incident happen this morning where a car try to cut into my lane and I had to swerve to miss hitting the car in front of me or get hit in the back .. she got hit instead. There are always angels watching over us.

O my goodness, hun you need to get a dog, a big, mean, sharp toothed dog!
