No, it does not contain a full serving of fruits or veggies. It may contain that same amount of certain vitamins or minerals, but does not have the fiber and untold numbers of phytochemicals and antioxidants found in the actual piece of fruit or vegetable.

Hey, it's not nice to fool Mother Nature! After all, how can you improve on a pear??

    It doesn't even come close.

First, the juice is fortified with the nutrients from one serving of fruits and vegetables.. The juice they use is "reconstituted from concentrate" which generally means highly processed and nutritionally lacking. They then add synthetic chemical equivalents of the nutrients which are present in fruits and vegetables.

Second, fruits and vegetables contain fiber and enzymes, two things your body requires to digest food and assimilate nutrients. V-8 fusion contains no fiber, and no enzymes.

    Just eat food.

Your think to have 5 servings of vegggies an afternoon. And one bottle of V-8 has 11 serving. So technically your think to have 5 yet you would possibly want to get away with about 3. the in user-friendly words situation is they don't taske that solid. possibly you should attempt making him soups or stews cooked vegetables have a lot less foodstuff yet they're nonetheless incredibly solid for you. :)

its juice and high in calorie and sugar, but if you are not getting enough fruits or veggies in your diet...or not getting enough calories(like me), than it does give you the nutrients.

I had a tropical flavored one and didn't like it very much. It was too thick and had a strange texture to it
