Dinner for Ski Weekend?

I am having a group of friends up to our cabin for a ski weekend. We are going for fish fry on Friday night, but I am a little stuck for dinner on Saturday. In the past I have done flank steak and chicken. I don't want it to be too labor intensive, because I will be skiing as well. Any opinions would be helpful.

Thanks.

how about lasagna? You can make it right when you get back from skiing and eat it later... plus some meatballs and garlic bread. Yummy and quick

After skiing what about a hearty bbq sandwich? Just throw a pork roast(enough to feed your guest) in a slow cooker. When you come back throw in your favorite bbq sauce and it will be tender enough to mix together. Slap it between some buns and its a pretty hearty sandwich from the cold. Your sides you choose can keep it simple or fancy it up.

What about a stew. Since you'll be skiing, it'd be nice to sit down to a warm, comforting bowl of stew with some hot, crusty bread or even cornbread.

Cook chili in a crock pot. It'll cook while you're out on the slopes.
