In which episode of Andy Griffith ...?

... does Barney try to recite the Declaration of Indepence (or was it the Constitution? (this was not the main storyline so I'm finding it hard to locate this on the regular A.G. episode sites.)

Update:

I tried TVLand but if you don't know the title, or even what the main storyline was, I don't know how to find it.
