My car was towed today bc of the snow ban but there were no signs on the street and my neighbors cars are fine. It seems like it was just my car. I looked online and it said that there has to be warning which there was none. I have no driveway and have no choice to park in the street as long as the others in my unit. They did not get their cars towed. Can i and how do i fight this?

By unit i am guessing you are in the military. If so, it would be a circumstance that you could get JAG involved. If nothing else, they can give you free legal advice and maybe even help you fight it. If you are not military, then you would have to have proof of the tow, and take pictures of where exactly the car was, the cars around your neighbor hood, and pictures of the sidewalks around your immediate area. Showing that there are no warning signs. Then look for a lawyer and ask them if they would first give you free legal advice, and if they can, then ask then if they would fight this and if they would be your attorney for it.
