Unplug the wiring connector from one of the low-beam lights. Using a voltmeter check for 12 volts at the plug when you turn on the lights. If you're getting voltage, then the filaments are bad- replace the headlights. If you're NOT getting voltage, then it's either a bad relay, or the headlight switch is bad.

U gata get new ones, cuz theres like 2 Bulbs inside one bulb its hard to explain. The low beam part has burn out but the high beam hasnt. Just go get it changed, or u can do it yourself its nto that hard. Just take the bulb off, take it into pepboys or auto zone, and ask for teh same one. And they'll give u one.

If your lights actually work I'm guessing your wires/fuses are just disconnected or old or faulty or something of the sort.

Check your fuses. One could be blown or try taking out and putting back in.
