Time for a tidbit for the armchair psychologists out there. Or possibly real ones. Interpret this dream, plz?

I've had several dreams, but the one constant is ice cream. Rapidly melting ice cream. I mean, melting seconds. Does this mean anything? Try in your own words, please. That gets the 10 points.

Dreams are indeed windows to our minds and souls. I'm glad that you said to try to interpret the dream in our own words, because looking for answers to what dreams mean in a book would only work if there were a universal dream language. To me your dream seems like it's saying 'time is always ticking every second of our lives, it's an abstraction, seize the moment.' You, like me, need to remember to take advantage of the opportunities in front of you, everyone is given the opportunity to make something of themselves and to help others.

Some people waste their days with things like TV because it's easier right now to not apply ourselves, but it doesn't improve our future. The same thing goes for eating healthy and exercising; does eating unhealthy food, not exercising and watching a lot of TV improve anyone's life? Will we even remember what we watched on TV or what we ate even a short time afterward? I had to ask myself this a whole lot of times before I was able to quit smoking, this was the most important thing for me, I psychologically attached the "will I remember this cigarette?" question to the act of smoking. The answer was obvious, a few minutes after I smoked I didn't remember it, it was negatively affecting my health and wallet and providing no benefit. Just remember that as brief as this moment is, it is our life, if you know something is bad for you then if you give it up you will become a better person because of it. Take care of yourself brother.

Time is an absurdity. An abstraction. The only thing that matters is this moment. This moment a million times over.

Dreams are usually windows into your own mind, but are very hard to interpret.. and melting ice cream is hard to interpret. Maybe your dream is about feeling "left out" easily, or something.

no psychologist or anything, but a guess.
