This person just did it to cause problems and is a huge troublemaker and has 5 charges pending to date.
They didn't just randomly pick my name they did it in order to cause problems .
I am ready for the worse...so are the police who say what they are doing is wrong.

The penalty is a $2,000 fine, up to five years' imprisonment, or both. If someone applies for a credit card in your name, they may be prosecuted under Title 18, USC 1341. The penalty is a $1,000 fine or up to five years' imprisonment, or both -- unless a financial institution is affected, in which case the fine may be raised to $1 million and imprisonment may ordered for up to 30 years.

What do you mean "using my real name?" Pretending to be you - or revealing your real name? Revealing your name is no offense. Using a name that happens to be yours is no offense.
