You need to call your phone company. I'm pretty sure that's the only way to get the number unblocked.

call your provider and they will unblock it for you they should also be able to give the the code. i sounds as if you have the call feature which blockes mobile phone calls. ask them to lift the restriction

I use *67 then I dial a number, and my landline says private or unknown.
