Razors do this a lot, I couldn't tell you what's wrong but try turning it off, taking the battery out and letting it sit for a minute, then wait a few minutes, put the battery back in, then make sure it is charged! Hope this helps.

The connector that allows your screen to receive input from the processor in the phone is probably loose, so the screen doesn't get anything from the microprocessors in the phone. If it's still in warranty, take it back for a refund. If it's not, then you can try to fix it, but it might be just about as cheap and easy to buy a new one. Razrs simply don't cost much any more.

I have had a razor, and it has done that twice, but the screen would not turn black.

    It would turn white.

    That's when I got a new phone.

If you just got it, then you got a dud.

But I would consider getting a different phone in general.

    I hope I helped.

First Thing if u have a warranty den contact with the company

secondly , if u don't have then go to the market and meet some good phone repairer it may be your phone software problem or it may be your LCD has been damaged
