Whats the problem in the book twilight?

If your doing a report, shouldn't you have read it?

Anyway, the problem is Edward and his family are vampires, vegetarians to be exact. They eat only animals. Bella does not care what they are, she just loves Edward. The main problem is the Cullens were playing a game of baseball and three nomads came, James, Victoria, and Laurent. James is a tracker who is lethal. He goes on a hunt for Bella, Edward tries to protect her. Alice, Jasper, and Bella go down to Arizona to throw James off, but James finds them and tricks Bella into meeting him. He then injures her very badly and bites her. Edward shows up in the nick of time! He sucks the venom out and takes Bella to the hospital.

That's the main problem. The solution is basically Edward kills James and saves Bella from the attack with the help from him vampire family. Meanwhile, Edward blames himself for getting Bella into this.

The problem in Twilight is that Edward is a vampire and he loves Bella so he doesn't want to hurt her. There really is no solution. You should read the book. It's complicated to explain everything over the computer.

The problem is that Edward knows that he can't be with Bella, both because she is human, and because of his vampiric nature (he kinda wants to drink her blood). But, the other problem is that James is after her. The solution is that Edward leaves Bella at the end of Twilight for her own safety, but of course that doesn't last. I guess the solution for the James problem is that they (being the Cullens) killed James by way of fire and beheading. Hope this is helpful!

like the others said edward is a vampire and he and bella a human are in love and edward always has the urge to bite her but holds back. Also bella is immune to Edwards mind reading which is unusual. The cullen family are vegitarian vampires so to speak and live normal lives in Forks, washington until a bad vampire comes and jepordizes there cover by killing humans. another problem is that Bella was being hunted by one of the bad vampires James and Edward and the rest of the Cullen family find him where he had Bella and killed him.

James- bad vampire, eats humans

Bella falls in love with Edward, not sure what he is. When she finds out he is a vampire, she continues to love him. But edward. on the other hand is for the first time resisting the impulse to bite her. He's never felt this way, and suddenly has a temptation. Thats the problem, the solution is that Edward learns to resist her and love her at the same time.

The problem in twilight is that bella really likes Edward and he likes her too but he doesn't want to do anything to hurt her so he tries to stay away from her. But that doesn't work very long so then they start hanging out together and he brings her to his house w

She likes Edward, he's a vampire. And the whole book is about Forbidden love, they really can't be together 'cause it puts Edwards family in danger, as well as Bella. Edward can hurt her even if he doesn't mean to.

there's two problemos:

1.edward loves bella and is trying to resist sucking her blood, which is so much more potent for him than anyone else's blood.

2.james is "tracking" bella and wants to kill her (aka suck her blood).

and...two solutions

1. at the end of the novel, edward has to suck bella's blood to try to suck the vampire venom that got into her bloodstream when james bit her. he's able to stop after he's gotten the venom out, which means his love for bella is strong enough too overcome his urge for her blood.

2. edward arrives at the ballet studio where james is holding bella captive and attacks james before james can kill her. edward's brothers (emmett and jasper) arrive in time to finish james off while edward sucks the dangerous vampire venom (see above..) out of her veins.

btw don't listen to the people above who are saying the solutions are that edward turns her into a vampire/she has a baby/edward leaves her. those things do happen, but not in twilight. they happen in later books in the series (new moon and breaking dawn)

HAVE YOU READ THE BOOK!? The problem is that Bella is in love with a vampire named Edward. He also wants to eat her, but his love overpowers the whole eating thing. The solution is that (spoiler alert!) Edward turns Bella into a vampire, there you go, happy ever after. Hoped that helped.

In the begining its her wanting to be with him and her not being able to resist. On the other hand he does like her but he can't get so close to her because of him being to resist the temptation of eatting her or killing her. The end part is when they get together but then it has to fight for her when another vampire wants to eat her. Then there is a scilent message when he has to suck the venom out of her arm and has to stop. The message was that he can control his temptation because he really loved her.
